Ensuring The Standard With Our QUality Control (QC)

Quality delivery of our services has never been negated since inception of our company and strong sense of quality control is driven top down. We mirror the quality control implemented in the hotel industry and we take pride in following through by any means or measure in the wake to provide quality service to our clients. Each and every cleaner joining New Tech is given induction cum training by our Quality Control Manager. The training covers the entire spectrum of building cleaning which is not limited to:

These workers are sent to various sites and their work is monitored and supervised by our Supervisory Staff. These supervisors are required to keep tab on the performance of each cleaner. A weekly report is produced by these supervisors to be sent to the office and subsequently necessary actions are than devised in accordance to the needs. The inputs from supervisors are not just used to penalize staff but it also act as yard stick to commensurate staff that are performing well.
