As these area offer the first impression which is vital to a company`s image, we at New Tech know how to achieve the aura of crisp and efficient cleanliness. We make it a reality.

Medical and Technical Offices

Examination rooms, laboratories and sealed `clean’ rooms requires special trained staff. We are aware and responsive to these specific concern areas, therefore our staff are being specifically trained in these areas.

General Dusting

Our staff gives special attention to fingerprint marks, desktop, air grill, water foundations and glass partition. To ensure maximum cleanliness, dusting of a specific area is carefully outlined on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.

Flooring

Our staff expertly trained in daily maintenance and more specialized services such as carpet cleaning and stripping; sealing and waxing of floor tile. Our staff are experienced in the proper care and maintenance techniques of vinyl and ceramic tile, marble, granite and full range of carpeting.

Restrooms

A 10 point restroom cleaning is performed in every restroom every night. Our staff recognizes the importance of sanitation in this very important area.
